By using Clypi you agree to these terms.
What Clypi does
Clypi creates short clips from videos you provide and can publish them to social media accounts you connect. Clypi is in early access and may change or stop working without notice.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your videos and clips.
- You must have the rights to any video you process and post with Clypi, including any music, footage or people in it.
- You are responsible for what you post, and for following the rules of each platform you post to, including TikTok's, Instagram's and YouTube's terms and community guidelines.
Connected accounts
When you connect an account, you allow Clypi to publish the clips you approve to it. You can remove that access at any time from the platform's settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use Clypi to post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks a platform's rules, and don't try to misuse or overload the services Clypi connects to.
No warranty
Clypi is provided "as is". Clip suggestions, captions and scores are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, so review every clip before it posts. To the extent the law allows, Clypi is not liable for lost data, missed posts or other indirect damages.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are.
